I booked two nights at this hotel but didn't have enough money on my debit card for the second night so I ended up staying with a friend in their room on day two. However I was still charged for the second day because they overdrafted my account. When I called to tell them I was still charged, the person at the front desk said they would send security to the room to make sure nobody had gone inside since check -out the day before. During our stay, we encountered the following situations which greatly impacted our stay. Flashing Light - This situation took two nights before it was fixed. Multiple light switches needed to turn it off and in the correct order. Nowhere was that noted beforehand and the light kept us up. This was communicated to the front desk and apparently fixed, however, it wasn't and my husband needed to have the desk attendant come up at 10 pm to explain how to shut off the light. Great hotel right on the water. I have stayed here roughly 10 times and it’s because not only is it perfectly located for me and business but everything is super nice, the staff is great and the views are really good. For me it’s so nice to come here after working the area and to just sit on the patio and stare off at the water. If your coming to the Tampa Bay Area I highly recommend this hotel.
Perfect hotel for the airport. Comfortable and quiet.
