Attended a conference two weekends ago. Rooms, catering, service (esp Joanne), restaurant and pool were all fantastic!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. The bedding was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, the bathtub drained very slowly, and the toilet kept clogging throughout our stay. What upset me the most was the customer service. After checking out, I accidentally left one of my personal belongings in the room. I contacted the front desk and followed up by email, hoping someone would help me locate it.
