Lets start with the good things: 👍🏻All Staff, FD (two ladies) amd Restaurant Staff were super nice. The location is great, beautiful warer front place, although we didn't get a waterfront room. The pool is beautiful and fresh. 👎🏻 - Ripped sofa (see pictures attached) - Absolutely super noisy AC, makes very hard to sleep in the main bedroom and yoh have to go from level 15 to 40 in the TV volume, if you want ho hear it, when the AC is activated. I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. During check-in, I was somewhat surprised by the staff's demeanor, which was professional but lacked friendliness. The lobby and pool area appeared to have been recently renovated and were pleasant. However, our room was neither updated nor nice, and there was an unpleasant odor. While we were out at dinner, I received a text message inquiring if everything was satisfactory. Here this last week for business.On the whole nice hotel but definitely not a 5 star hotel. Had issues with room cleaning.We were there a week and only twice time was it completely cleaned. The first Monday we were there I happened to witness a man with his poodle in the pool area which clearly states no dogs within 50 feet of the fenced area That is the first strike,then the dog was swimming in the pool several times that had adults and a child in it This is NOT acceptable!!I thought I was complaining to a manager,but all h... read more
