Visited Creole Bar & Grill tonight, 11/05/2025. Very good experience! Great service, good food, try the Blueberry Lemon Drop, ask for Dalton or Sandra because they are great servers and tell the General Manager Mr. Allen I sent you! He’s the best!
No water pressure, AC not blowing cool, phone didn’t work. Bed was comfortable but couldn’t sleep because it wasn’t cool. No reconciliation offered and I’ve been an honors member for years.
This hotal should not be affiliated with Hilton. The room felt dirty from the moment I walked in — sticky floors, bugs in the bathroom, and a strong musty odor that did not pass with time. The final issue was when I was getting ready in the morning—a resident roach crawled across the nightstand!! When I informed the precious girl at the desk, I was answered back with “I am sorry but we been having that issue and we have been trying to fix it since I have been here” no solution or remedy extended. Tried to order food, the worker could only say “it is my first day” and had no help, or clue what to do. We waited 40 minutes for our food to be told the fryer wasn’t working. This place needs better management and service training.
