Perfect walkable location! Loved the nautical themed room. Great restaurant and room service, nice shower, comfortable bed/pillows. Ac unit was quite loud and at times you could hear the traffic downtown and ships from the harbour at night. Parking spots could be larger in the parkade, but overall good amount of parking available.

Great location. The room was decent but the lighting is ridiculously dim. We spent 3 days not being able to see anything in the evenings. Needed a flashlight to see into our bags. Parking is underground. Don’t bother trying to fit 3 cars into the spaces designated for 3 cars. Everyone gave up and just parked over the lines, leaving space for only 2 cars. Easy walk down Water St. with close proximity to the shops and restaurants.

I was here as part of a group and had a fantastic time! The staff are very accommodating. The warm cookies upon arrival are a nice treat... and we were able to get a few more over the 4 days we were there. The accessible rooms have a king bed only, which didn't work for my mom and I, but they did have a shower chair available which was the only thing that we really needed. A recommendation for improvement would be to offer the chair upon check in, instead of needing to request it a few days in. The restaurant on site is grea... read more

The hotel is very nice, my only gripe is the available amenities. For almost 500$ a night I'd think the rooms would have smart TVs instead of just old cable. We are in the age of streaming after all. I also think they could benefit from having a pool, got tub, or sauna. Really anything to do while you're staying there besides going to the gym, restaurant, or sitting in your room watching cable tv. The rooms are quite nice, all brand new and updated.
