Just 5 minutes from the SFO Airport, it is a great restful hotel. Love their warm cookies. Highly recommended.
My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco South Airport blvd has been extremely disappointing due to the non-functional air conditioning.Not only is the AC broken, but the hotel's complete breakdown in communication between staff shifts has been appalling. That and lack of sleep hasmade my stay unbearable. My group has 3 rooms together on the third floor and we’ve repeatedly reported the AC issue, but each new shift has required us to reiterate the problem, indicating a severe lack of internal communication and recor... read more
