Wow, the staff at this location really goes above and beyond! Super thankful to have them here, a few that have really made an impression with their quality of service have been George, Jimena, Claudia, Katelyn, and Ashley. Keep being awesome y’all!!
I don’t usually write reviews at any Hilton properties, but I have to review this facility, the WORST ever. I am a Lifetime Diamond Hilton Honor, I booked this hotel for my business trip and had the worst experiences staying at this hotel. I did online check-in as usual, picked my room and got my digital key (room 628), got to the facility and tried to see check in to get the physical key for my family member, but the front desk person ignored me, so I went up to the room with my digital key, digital key worked but got messa... read more
