Stayed for a week while visiting family. Toilet broke and it took three days for repair man to show up. Maid did not clean room 3 days. No towels, no fresh trash can. Won’t come back to this hotel. Staff was kind. Restaurant was under staffed. Only one lady working her heart out. She was bar tending and serving. Only one cook. So we had to leave to eat due to no staff. Just seems like this place needs some leadership. Staff was professional and kind. Rooms are decent and standard for this hotel chain.
Shuttle van smells like a ashtray and made me smell like an ashtray after a ride
