Mismanaged hotel. Was given a room with a broken AC, dirty bedding sheets, and hair dryer containing electrical hazards. Promised with a bathtub when booking but the amenity does not exist. Escalated to manager but no one is willing to change a room or refund. Will not go there again.
Nice hotel, no issues with the room. Young lady at the front desk named Kia (spelling?) was pleasant, friendly and very helpful.
The location is a good location. Convient to the highway with lots of parking. The room was comfy, big TV, bed comfy, the bathroom was a bit small. The shower was modern with shower wash and shampoo provided. When I checked in the key activator had issues and I had to come back downstairs and be let into the room by the night security guard. Maybe it was a Friday but there was also a loud group in another room at 2 AM which made the atmosphere noisy. But I would stay again.
Room was great, Front Desk was exceptional, Breakfast was great. Definitely will be staying again when I return.
