I was charged $21 for a crap breakfast while assuming it was complementary. Keep the $21 but I will never return. Unethical! Sad.
Five stars for the manager, Argo! Argo was a real stand up man and took care of an issue I had raised in matter of minutes. Ended up being me misunderstanding a bill, he was still kind and helpful. Thank you!! Food was ok. Free parking, but it felt a little unsafe given the excessive signage that signals lack of safety! The room was also comfortable enough. If you factor in the price, this place ranks very high in terms of value for $. Nothing fancy though. Thank you for hosting us for a night.
This hotel is greatly overpriced and dated. For the price, the staff is not very accommodating. The restaurant is extremely inadequate especially for health conscious people. The only offer a very limited buffet with high fat content and no healthy alternative. This hotel is not nearly worth the price and I will not return as a guest. I was very disappointed with my stay here!
The lady at check in was extremely nice and pleasant, which led me to believe this was a great choice. I choose DT's because they have restaurants. I am a diamond member, and I have stayed in hotels roughly a little over 200 days this year. The bar experience last night was pitiful at best. I sat there for 20 min while the clueless girl walked around and talked. She made sure to tell her friend that was clocking in that someone "messed up and hamburger and it was in the back".
