While the staff were wonderful and the hotel itself was lovely, we will never be back between seasons. The room was between 75-81 degrees the entire time because they had not switched their system over to AC yet. Their recommendation was to open the window. This presented us with loud Street noise until the early hours of the morning, the sunrise, which made the room at least 5° hotter, and the inability to close the curtains in the room. First, I want to complement the service at this hotel. For the price point, it was exceptional. Harvey and Dave helped us figure out how to park and secure our moving truck while we stayed and we were given a lovely upgrade as Honors Gold members, which I appreciated. For the area, the hotel was nice and clean. Good pillows and decent bed. For the price point and the area, this is a standout choice. I’ve been in 3 different rooms because not one room is able to cool its self. No cold air is pumped into the rooms. Neither of them. I asked front desk for a fan and they don’t have any. Utterly ridiculous.

We had a wonderful stay during a very busy trip for a dance competition. Brittney W truly went above and beyond to help us when I accidentally messed up the dates on our reservation. She was also able to change our room from a king to two queens between the time we booked and when we arrived, which made a huge difference for our family. Viola helped get us checked in early and was so incredibly sweet to my daughters.
