The place is beautiful. The restaurant has really good food. The cookies at the front desk are amazing.But the queen's size bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows are no better.
My fiancé and I had some things we wanted to do in the area, so I decided to get this hotel because of its proximity to the city. It was significantly pricier than some of my other options, but I thought it would be nice to be within walking distance of some restaurants and bars. That being said, it was still extremely pricey (I paid about the same to stay in a gorgeous hotel in downtown Nashville for the same length of time.) As a doordasher at 4:30pm earlier today I went into the hotel and let them know that I was delivering food to a room and I was denied access to go upstairs, which I told them that I went upstairs a couple nights prior to the 4th floor i wasn't being rude I didn't say anything that should have triggered any type of rude response, but the guy behind the counter rudely blurted out that was a lie based off that reaction I can only imagine how he treats other people This type of behavior is very unprofessional.
