Would not let food delivery deliver to my room. I give these people my home address that deliver to my door! Made me come down at 11:30 after traveling all with my kids to collect my food…only to be bumped into and shoved by drunk people. shame on this location.

Not family friendly and manager is quite rude. Most importantly for those coming with small kids, this hotel does not provide beds for kids. No cribs, no Pack and Plays, not cots, not floor mattresses. Nothing. We learned this too late and had to buy a Pack and Play for our baby after picking up our rental car and then put our toddler to sleep on the floor. I lived in this hotel from October 21 to 23, 2 nights. First day, the hotel is good. But second day around 5:30am, one room in fourth floor got fired. Alll guests left the rooms and staired down to street, then to lobby. The firefighter really did good job. But the manager on duty seemed not so warmly to guests, at least to my opinion. Nor explanation, neither apologize, which seems not match Hilton service standard.
