La ubicación intermedia, la habitación huele raro, se escucha lo que caminan de la habitación de arriba y lo que botan el agua del baño de alado. En el baño había poco shampoo , nada de acondicionador y poco jabón, no valía la clave de Internet y apenas te saludan.
They charged me $176.92 for room $50 dep.The First thing they said to me at the front desk upon checking in was in regards to 2 water bottles are in your room however if you use/drink them that will cost me $3 per bottle, B4 entering the hotel I notice signs saying free wifi once I'm in the room I followed instructions to connect the wifi just to have a pop up block the final step saying fill out form below to join the Hilton honors club for free and if you don't accept to join the it cost you $$_So much more
As expected, nothing fancy for a DoubleTree. Check-in was seamless. Room was clean and spacious. Not noisy despite my room facing a main road. Shower was wonky. The handle to turn on and off could be turned more than 360 degrees so it took a moment to figure out where to get it set to warm/hot water. Also, water pressure was low. For the price, I would stay again.
Great place the staff was friendly. However this staff memeber accused me of trying to “stare at her computer screen” i asked for a manager and she refused and said she isnt in until after 9am. I am already staying here with four friends and three rooms. This is so unprofessional. The W was way better. Avoid this person
