They are not as nice as they used to be, and the fact that on the Honors app it did not state that they didn’t have a pool!! Even the Front Desk Rep, just mumbled it softly as she put her head down! And when I called she was very rude about it told me our experiences don’t matter!! I will not be booking here anymore!! Let this be the reason you don’t book!!
Not the best location, but a good place to stay and good service!
We stayed here because we were attending a concert. As well as many, many concert goers, so it was very busy. The staff handled the crowd pleasantly and quickly. Our room was clean and the air was very cold. The restaurant was clean and good food and all the staff were so great. We were nervous about staying here after all of these negative reviews but we had a wonderful experience.
