Great stay and service here. Front desk Concierge Baurwen was so helpful and made me feel welcome
Refrigerator did not work. I requested assistance with this but during my stay it was not fixed. The room has a safe but I would have much preferred a microwave. The parking is not on site and is confusing to get to. The location of the hotel is adjacent to the Rideau Shopping Centre. This area is now quite run down. I will not be rebooking there.
Front desk attendant named Bhaumik was absolutely great. Amazing customer service skills. Thank you.
Great location but terrible service at this hotel. Don't sign up to be a hockey tournament hotel if you don't like kids playing in the halls. Our hockey teams will never stay here again.
