Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The TV had good programs (six year old) We all enjoyed the breakfast, worth the price!
Idéal location if u want to enjoy the byward market. Excellent customer Service
Location is good No hot shower in the morning. I complained front desk in person. Just get a sorry.
Great hotel for the location, right next to Bayward Market and 10 minutes walk away from the parliament buildings. Also, if you doing the city bus tour then let the hotel know as they (at the time I went) can offer a discount on the bus tour. Overall, service was great and would stay here again when I come back.
Fantastic location in downtown Ottawa; easy to access from the O-train. Staff was extremely nice; Linda from the front desk upgraded our room for us because we were staying for our anniversary, and sent a lovely gift to us too. The breakfast buffet was perfect. We will be back in the fall! Highly recommended!
