The hotel is nice but the room door is so old and u need to be a muscular so u can op3n and close the door
I booked this property after looking at Expedia reviews but before I looked at Google reviews. After reading them on Google, I was a bit freaked out to stay here. Overall, I feel like they are on the right track. My guess is Hilton bought and is renovating an older hotel. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff friendly. The pool itself was just fine but there were a lot of dirty towels just laying on the floor. Our room appeared to have been updated but parts of it still did not have that. K.C In my opinion made my time at the hotel worth it alone. She was very friendly kind and respectable and gave us some great advice to the local Omaha area if you're ever in Omaha and need a place to stay look no further especially if you value customer service quiet and clean rooms
