Extremely Disappointed — Safety Should Come Before Profits I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the DoubleTree in Ocean City, Maryland. As a tropical storm approached, city officials issued warnings for moderate to severe flooding, with conditions compared to Hurricane Sandy. The bed is not comfortable!! Mattress was very worn and sagging. We had to have someone fix a broken bathroom mirror. The person I spoke to at the front desk said “if it’s that important to you we’ll see what we can do”. They did end up fixing it. The dining room is very understaffed with a lot of dirty tables. Wouldn’t stay here again.
