We enjoy staying here many times a year . The rooms are comfy with ocean views . This last visit was quiet and nice but the rooms really need an update . We do not understand why you have a worn out , very uncomfortable tiny love seat for 2 people in a room that sleeps 8 people . The cushions are worn and stained . We were very surprised in the condition of the entire room . There was a big hole in the carpet and in other areas the carpet was ripped . The curtains and black out blinds were hanging down . Stayed here 1/7/2026 had a great time with the help of the friendly front desk associate who checked me into my room. The room was exceptionally clean and I would definitely stay here again and I also like that they do not allow pets which is good for people who have allergies. Their cookies they offer at check in are delicious too!
We were here during the off season. Love the atmosphere. The calm and serenity in this area. Close to fast food restaurants and local cuisines. The room was great and spacious for our small family. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, the kids enjoyed them. Looking forward to come back again next year.
I have been staying at this hotel for over 5 years every single December and I had the best experiences previously but this year it was a total mess. I booked a corner ocean suite as usual and upon arrival I saw that my vanity sinks were clogged, the shampoo was empty, the floors were dirty, missing utensils in kitchenette, pots and pans scratched up and extremely filthy.
