It’s quiet but unfortunately it didn’t have a full size mirror bathroom is small but is nice everything was pretty updated and new I would definitely come back
We have been going there with my family for years. PAT the cookie monster as my kids call him is the highlight of our stay. Wish the rooms were nicer but the staff makes it worth it . The location the fire pit the mermaids and the fire show is the highlight of our stay . The front desk staff is a bit stiff but pat makes it all worth I only deal with him . Shout-out to the nice manger that always go above and beyond to make the stay amazing .
The location was decent, and having a pool right on the beach was a nice feature. However, the rooftop pool was closed, which was disappointing. Our room overlooked the indoor pool through a glass roof, but the area was littered with trash, which made the patio uninviting. The room itself was very loud — the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, and we heard constant banging from the bathroom pipes throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. We got a partial ocean view. There was a pool on the 4th floor right out our balcony with bars so you can’t really see the ocean but through the bars. Pool closed for renovations but appeared to be renovated. Dirt on one bedspread. Cookies or booger on the wall under the tv along with crayon drawing. Call front seat to get a new room & sorry no rooms like yours are available & they wouldn’t give us any other room. $689 per night. We have been regular at the ocean city double tree the service and the management is amazing . Exceptional actually. My toddler as soon as we checked in he was having an asthma attack after the other i spent 2 days at the ER getting breathing treatment for him . On my last day I look up and I found mold everywhere in the room. I texted the pediatrician the picture and she confirmed that's a trigger for his asthma contacted the front desk and they stated they were fully occupied.
