Very disappointing stay for a double tree AND 4 star hotel. The parking garage indicates there is parking for guests but you have to pay. I went out for dinner after checking in and had to pay $20 and I wasn't even parked an hour. There's homeless people outside the front door. The front desk couldn't book me a room. It "had" to be done on my phone. Then what's the point of a reception?? Since the signage sucks, I asked how I get back to the elevator in the garage. Convenient location and affordable prices, the staff is somewhat helpful but ripped towels, ripped courtain showers, hairs on the tub, sink not draining, were the things I found in the rooms I was given unfortunately.

We loved this hotel. The location was great, Penn Station was right there and such easy access. There is also lots of places to eat in the hotel corridor. Jose was awesome, he got us checked in early, gave us warm chocolate chip cookies that were so yummy and when asked for suggestions on where to eat he gave us great choices. Everyone we encountered here was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent, with a prime location immediately adjacent to Penn Station. We arrived prematurely from the airport, having not slept, and were eager to rest. We were accommodated with an early check-in. Jose provided outstanding service; he offered us warm cookies and ensured we felt very welcome. It is regrettable that there are no available rooms during our intended return dates from the cruise. Consequently, we must arrange accommodations elsewhere.
