Look. I totally reccomend this if you don't care about how dirty a room is or if the staff pretend to even care about you or not. However, if you have good standards set for yourself don't come here. They'll rush you through check in with a million rules then send you to a dirty room with crusty stains on the carpets and dirty blinds. My lysol can only do so much. They also want you to shell out over 20 dollars for a bare bones basic breakfast when there's $6 dollar pizza slices in the station. Just a money hungry cash grab.... read more

Unable to Check In Due to Serious Safety Concerns My family and I had a reservation at this hotel and arrived with every intention of checking in and staying for the night. Unfortunately, we never even felt safe enough to get our young children out of the car. Immediately outside the hotel, we observed multiple individuals hunched over and appearing to be actively using drugs, as well as tents and other obvious signs of drug activity. I’m late to this review. lol I just remember the doors had like five different locks on the inside. Not sure if that’s still a thing. I remember our shuttle driver told us not to go out at night. So just be aware that double tree Hilton is in the hood, and it’s not double tree Napa Valley.

We were upgraded to the presidential suite last time we were there. Sensational! Just a quick Uber to all of the great Spanish restaurants.
