Bed is completely worn. No support. AC will not turn off when set to off. Fan will continuously run and it loud. Toilet seat was loose. Only benefit is location.
We stayed at this hotel because we were attending a concert at the Prudential Center. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars is due to the proximity to the venue. Horrendous odor in my room the second we entered. Smelled like mildew and now we are sick. Bathroom was so gross I refused to take a shower and step foot in there. The hotel staff were so sweet and being steps from the train make this an awesome spot. I enjoyed the stretch machine in the workout room. Only two complaints were no pool and the breakfast was the most sodiumtastic breakfast that I have ever had.
Stayed overnight after a concert. Its ok for one night. Getting in the building after hours was annoying. Wouldn't stay here again. The lil restaurant on sight wasn't anything special
