Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in the country. I travel all over country for the meetings. I order packages and stuff all the time to hotels. My brother sent me gift for me. The manager clearly said we can’t give it to you because that’s not your name. I have provided my brothers ID and even ready to share bank details. The manager didn’t even listen to anything. There are some employees who are very helpful, but others treat tourists poorly. Unfortunately, the person working the current shift has not been helpful. I need basic items for my room, but my calls are not being answered. I went down to the front desk, and I was not treated kindly or professionally. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but at the very least, I need basic room service and assistance, and my concerns are not being resolved.
