the worst service ever, they cancelled our 7 nights reservation in the last minute and their justification was that they send me an email early in the morning same day while I was in the plane! Moreover, the desk staff were not halpfull at all and didn’t try to overcome the situation.

Stayed here mid-September. Great location, right next to Rockefeller Center. Staff was friendly and helpful, and our Queen Deluxe room was a nice size for 2 people. The lobby is very small and can get crowded, so if you're one of those that hangs out in the lobby to do work or whatever, this will not work for you, there is nowhere to sit. Minor complaints: very slow elevators, there are only 2 elevator cars for a hotel with 20 something floors and a restaurant. Couldn't have been closer to Radio City Music Hall. Hotel staff was super friendly and accommodated my egg allergy with allergy free cookies! Yum. One of the cleanest rooms we've stayed in anywhere. Thank you Hilton Doubletree.

Tiny clean rooms. Full beds, no queen or king unless you pay more you think. Shower door leaks. Not much of a lobby. Just great location.

Horrible. The room, the hygiene, the service. Everything about this hotel is horrible. It’s a 2 star hotel not 4.
