The hotel itself is a bit old but the staff more than made up for that. From the doorman, front desk and housekeeping.. they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and we were happy. 10/10 service !
One of the worst Hilton-branded hotel experiences I have ever had. This property is far below the standard I expect from Hilton and DoubleTree. The service was poor, the staff attitude was dismissive, and the overall feeling was that the hotel relies only on its location and does not truly care about guests. No lobby As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I left extremely disappointed. There was no sense of hospitality, no warmth, and no real customer care. I would never return to this hotel and strongly do not recommend it.
