We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree in New York. A special thank you to Jaziah Moore and Catherine Rives at the front desk for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and me with our special needs request and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We greatly appreciate their thoughtfulness and assistance!

Some rooms are a lillte small but certainly manageable. Staff is very polite and helpful and the location is pretty good.

The hotel’s location is great but the rooms are in very bad shape. First the mattress was like a half filled airbed on which you sink way down when you lie down curving your spine in an unhealthy position. Forget about lying face down because your spine ends up curved backwards. Then the shower spilled/leaked massively over the bathroom floor making a big mess and getting the floor towel completely soaked. I reported that leak at the front desk that same morning. We reserved this hotel for 2 nights and 2 rooms, but unfortunately, our experience was far below our expectations and did not match the reviews we read on Booking.com. We arrived around 3:30 PM, expecting our rooms to be ready, but they were not. The staff told us that check-in was between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM, which was confusing because this did not match the information on their website.
