During a recent flight cancellation, this hotel was a safe, secure, and comforting port in a storm! Check-in staff were wonderful and it met all of our needs. We didn't get to explore more due to schedule but the location is amazing.
Staff is wonderful, location is amazing. This is a unique property with only a handful of rooms per floor, but they are nicely appointed - maybe a little on the small side. I am not sure what others have complained about - the elevators are very fast!
