We were disappointed with this DoubleTree. It was not to the standard we expect. The room was nice, but not clean. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The toilet would not flush. We reported the toilet and we're told they would get right on it, but it was still an issue when we checked out. The breakfast was ok, but not what we expected from a DoubleTree. Several of the public areas were not cleaned. Floors were AWFUL!

I have to stay here as a work approved hotel, but it keeps getting dirtier and dirtier every visit. Been staying here for 10yrs. The shower covered in pink mold and black dirt——just clean it and maintain. This is a clear sign that it’s not cleaned daily.
