this hotel offers a great complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, has comfortable beds, and features friendly, helpful staff. Other reviews mention the rooms can be poorly maintained and even neglected.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for a few weeks for work and it’s been such a treat! The breakfast is great, the Double Overtime Grill has been great, and the pool/hot tub were very fun as well. The staff has also been incredible and so so so so helpful. Shout out specifically to Darlena who has helped me out more than a few times and answered my (most likely obvious) questions and with a genuine smile and a real pride in her work that I can relate to. This hotel room was disappointing for a Hilton Doubletree. We had an accessible room. The bed sinks in the middle, extremely uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. We both had back aches in the morning. When I touched the shower curtain it fell down, rod and all. It is a small shower for a roll-in accessible shower. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. There is no table or desk in the room for eating or computer work. We did not stay for breakfast. If you are handicapped I do not recommend this hotel.

We were disappointed with this DoubleTree. It was not to the standard we expect. The room was nice, but not clean. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The toilet would not flush. We reported the toilet and we're told they would get right on it, but it was still an issue when we checked out. The breakfast was ok, but not what we expected from a DoubleTree. Several of the public areas were not cleaned. Floors were AWFUL!
