The front desk ladies were so nice. Winter was very welcoming and sweet. The restaurant on site was sooo good. Try the burgers for sure. Breakfast is good too. Lots of options. I will say the rooms could use some upkeep. Paint peeling, dusty and bathroom was not really clean. The lobby area was so nice we expected a room that would be in perfect condition but were let down s little. The indoor pool was nice.

Has potential to be a great stay, but falls short in cleanliness. It seems there is a great effort to wow customers with free warm cookies and water, which is great, but at the bare minimum I expect the rooms to be clean. Dust is caked to all corners. Our room was also missing towels. Thankfully we noticed before getting into the shower. Phone didn't work to call downstairs. Used cell phone to call front desk. Had to go downstairs to get the towels ourselves

Was not accommodating to our handicap needs!! Raised toilets are needed for the handicap more grab bars in shower & hand held shower heads! !! We have marked this hotel off our list from now on!! People were friendly in the restaurant & they accomadted us well! Free buffet was a bonus & it was a nice buffet!! You have seen the last of us retired folks!

This review will echo several other recent reviews. The hotel is in MAJOR need of a deep clean. The rooms were clearly dirt. We had a soap bar someone had used left over. The shower was dark grey from dirt and flooded quickly from hair in the drain. The beds were comfortable but upon inspection had several hairs and the sheets were dirty. The floors were extremely dirty. The counter tops had coffee stains. Overall the room was comfortable but felt as though it hadn't been cleaned at all.
