BEWARE their management will try to keep you from using your benefits! Hotel is okay and the front desk staff was friendly. Upon arrival I grabbed some snacks for my food and beverage credit and the staff informed me that they no longer offer the food and beverage credit because they give a complimentary breakfast. I am diamond so in my benefits I am suppose to receive both. I reached out to Hilton Honors and they reiterated I should have gotten the credit.
Clean, comftorble room. Comfortable bed. Polite and professional staff.
Worst customer service experience. The front desk Rebecca, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The interaction made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. we will not be returning.
