stayed here for a music festival and it was one of the few affordable places in montreal to get a suite room. was amazed to see how fancy and clean it was too. stephanie at the front desk was easily the best customer services agent i've ever dealt with. she was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond ensuring we knew our way around the city. one of the best hotel stays i've ever had, and she truly made the difference! would recommend this place to everyone! thanks for everything stephanie
À chaque voyage qu'on fait, soit on dort la veille du départ, soit en revenant . C'est un bel Hôtel, excellent accueil , chambre très confortable , le restaurant et bar sont très bien. On laisse notre véhicule dans le stationnement sécurisé . Je le recommande et c'est pas si dispendieux avec stationnement inclus..Merci au personnel et à bientôt .
Hôtel très sympathique et petit déjeuner copieux ! Malheureusement nous avons été importunés par des clients à dans la nuit.. je sais que l’hôtel n’y peux rien ! A part ça la piscine était super cool !
I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with our recent stay at your hotel from August 7-9. Despite being Hilton Honors members, we were informed that you didn't provide complimentary water bottles and cookies upon arrival. This was a disappointing start to our stay. In fact, when checking out, we overheard a new guest checking in and receiving a bag with water and other amenities as part of their Hilton Honors benefits, which we did not receive.
