Personnel de réception très disponible et accueillant. La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable avec une literie très confortable, et le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Un vrai plus pour la navette aéroport gratuite disponible 24h/24 toutes les 30 minutes. La navette stationnait sous nos fenêtres avec le moteur tournant en attente de clients, ce qui générait des nuisances sonores.

Hardware (room/location) was good but software (human) has a lot of room to improve. As a gold level member of Hilton Honors, I didn’t feel welcomed nor appreciated. Had to bring up the benefits of gold members should be getting at check in too. Need to train your staff more. Shuttle service is convenient but seems like each driver had their preferred orders to go among the three hotels. Sometimes they stop at double tree first when dropping ppl off, sometimes it’s the last stop. To the airport as well. A bit confusing.

It was a pleasant stay for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The free shuttle service was a great added value, especially as we had to leave the hotel at 3:00 AM to catch our flight. It made our early morning departure much more convenient. Although our stay was short, we had a very comfortable experience and would be happy to stay here again.

It’s already been two weeks, and my $100 deposit still hasn’t been refunded to my card. My email was completely ignored, even though I paid extra for my stay. Very unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. And don’t even get me started on charging for Wi-Fi by the day. I understand trying to make money, but charging for Wi-Fi per day? Seriously? That’s ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Nice Property, but the Front Desk Ruined the Stay. I recently completed a two-night stay at this DoubleTree property. Visually and structurally, the hotel is great—the room was comfortable, the gym was nice, and the on-site restaurant was very nice. Unfortunately, the subpar customer service at the front desk completely ruined the experience.
