Nous avons séjourné à cet hôtel à plusieurs reprises et à chaque fois, nous avons été grandement satisfaits. Les chambres sont fabuleuses, rénovées, impeccables et dotées de lits très confortables. Le personnel offre un service toujours courtois et professionnel. L’établissement est situé dans le complexe Desjardins, ce qui est pratique. La piscine est également agréable.
Rip off hotel. We stayed a total of 12 hours at there hotel. They charged air canada and also charged us $119 on top of that. We checked in at 2am and we were out of the hotel the same day at 1340 . They charged us for 2 days when the agent at front desk say no extra charges will be since we came super late . Manager is super rude. My favorite hotel in Montreal! The view on the festivals is top tier, you get hot cookies and the mall underneath is soo convenient. Mostly recommend during Montréal en lumières.
Hotel doesn’t even have proper bathroom doors 😂. Some stupid barn doors that don’t lock or even close properly. Don’t book with this hotel, save your money instead
