Will preface this by saying we are not a complainer family but this stay just pushes things to a point where something needed to be said. I ended up wiping things myself however for the amount of money we spent over a period of 3 days this was completely unacceptable by any standards. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Multiple surfaces, including the desk and nightstand, were covered in visible dust and debris when I checked in (see photos). We travel to Montreal frequently and were excited to try out a location right in the heart of Jazz Fest. Despite its proximity to so many great venues, we would not stay here again. Our main issue was the air quality in our room. If you have asthma or environmental allergies, you should consider staying elsewhere. We were there for one night, but the cough from that room lingered for days.
