Stayed twice in hopes things changed, but won't be fooled into a third stay. Restaurant is not at all what is advertised on Google or in their elevators. Wifi for keyless entry hasn't worked in months. This latest stay, asked and reported every day that the TV didn't work, and they literally have an entire list in a notebook of rooms that are not working. Out of body jell the whole visit. Complained each day, as well as a coworker in another room, having no new towels after the first day.

Let me start by saying I am embarrassed to have Procurement set up a contract with this location less than a year ago. The prior Chef was amazing and the menu was outstanding. The service was pristine. Fast forward to last week. At check in, all went well (late night arrival) and went straight to room. The next morning upon exiting the room, I searched for the DO NOT DISTURB, as I left my jewelry and personal belongings with my personal pillow and didn't want the room accessed during the day. Upon arrival, many of our team members were unable to check in due to a lack of available rooms. Some waited up to five hours. When rooms were finally assigned, several guests discovered that others had access to their rooms, suggesting double bookings or indiscriminate key distribution. Also, I found a man sleeping on the floor in the morning. In addition, basic amenities have been lacking most notably. There have been no towels available for the kids at the pool. Best Double tree I have stayed at so far and I do travel a lot, the rooms were clean , no smoke smell and I liked the wood floor instead of carpet , very fresh air and big rooms . Bath was clean and comf to bath ,
