After a long, long day of work, and flight delays, it was refreshing to have a friendly face and people ready to help make your day better. Brian picked me up from the airport in the shuttle, he was prompt and extremely courteous. I then arrive at the hotel where Edwin, and Gwen made checking in a breeze and got me to my room very quickly. I can’t say enough with how courteous the entire staff was. Thank you all!! I truly appreciate you!!
We enjoyed our stay. The warm cookies were great.
We stayed at the double tree and used the shuttle service ro and from airport. Called for a shuttle back from the airport and was told pick up on the top of the hr. Over an hour later, we were still waiting Apparently terminal 2 is not priority for pick up. They had our phone number, but couldn't bother to call. Had to call an Uber. Will never stay here again. I have never had a problem with airport pick up at any twin cities hotel previously.
