I stayed here after a Delta flight cancellation. The hotel offers an airport shuttle, which was very convenient. The Delta meal vouchers were accepted at the bar near the front desk, and the staff kindly provided a toothbrush when I asked. Everyone was helpful, and the stay made an unexpected travel delay much easier.

If my upgraded room is an example of there regular rooms I would stay elsewhere on my next visit. I gave it 3 stars because of the Staff, Pierre was fantastic and he goes over and above for each guest he checks in.

I had an overnight layover so the airline booked a room for me here. Front desk was top notch! We arrived from the airport close to midnight and they had to unexpectedly check so many of us in. They were so so patient and kind. So many us were tried and frustrated about the layover but the staff were so sweet. They answered all our questions about the shuttle, food and room service. The hospitality was great. All the staff were amazing- front desk, bartender, and cafe worker. Best team!
