The location is a little weird to get to but the service and the rooms are great. Very friendly employees that go out of their way to help you. FYI Ubers and taxi's may try to drop you off next door at the other hotel so be aware.
A clean very nice inexpensive hotel in Tyson Virginia. Convenient to drive into Washington DC. There’s also a nearby train station if you prefer of the transport. Overall, the good experience.
The hotel itself is old, and you can tell where most of the renovation budget was spent. The beds are nice, the carpets look a little dingy, and the night agents are great unless you ask for something. After a 6 hour drive, we got to the hotel at 3am. I wanted a bottle of water, but they were out. I wanted a shower, but the hot water was out. I wanted a muffin the next morning, but they only have a restaurant that charges extra for breakfast.
