Double tree? More like dollar tree. There should be a zero star option. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had in a hotel. Wait staff at the bar was rude beyond belief. After going to sit in the bar area preparing to buy drinks and food, they rudely told those with me they couldn’t have outside food. Horrible management. Horrible communication between staff. Horrible service. Does not clean rooms. 6 of the 8 of us did not have our rooms cleaned for 4 days in a row despite being asked to bring new linen. Storytime: Myself and my female friends were told we were not allowed to eat in their lobby and were redirected to the “connectivity room”. Once we got settled we then had a security guard and male staff come in and aggressively yell at us to leave and say that we have been “ignoring rules”. We instantly apologized and ex... read more
The room was very spacious and extremely clean and inviting. The mattress was firm but not uncomfortable. The pillows are the feather type that flatten out when you use them. I am a memory foam person but I slept pretty good. We arrived on a Saturday and discovered they have a comedy show every Saturday night. That was a great way to relax and enjoy our first night! This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The only caveat is the supervisor/manager who helped check me in yesterday afternoon. She was amazing! The young Arab woman who was checking me in was rude, unhelpful and frankly should not be working in hospitality. She was demeaning and talked down to me. The service itself was terrible.
