We stayed in December during high season, paying for three double rooms. They gave us our room when we arrived. Cleanliness and security during the day only were very good. Note: We chose this hotel because there were 10 of us during peak season, and each room cost $1,250 for three nights. First-time visitors should take a taxi or Uber because the area outside the hotel isn't very safe at night. They don't speak Spanish, but I have nothing bad to say.
