UPDATE: they charged me extra for an additional night even though all invoices show that I prepaid AND that my balance was 0. When I called the hotel, they denied it and said my deposit was voided when I left. However, that doesn't match the amount on my credit card statement. Choose a different hotel. Choose a different hotel. We booked two rooms here and requested a crib. When we arrived after check in time, was told one room wouldn't be ready until 5pm but the other room was ready. After going to the "ready" room, it was clearly not ready as they were still cleaning it and was also the wrong room even though the front desk had confirmed it was correct. My room key stopped working the day I was before to check out. They sent me back twice after supposedly fixing it; neither attempt succeeded. Finally they said they’d send a maintenance person, who never arrived. So for the last day of my stay I had to get in through my friend’s adjoining room.
One singular person was working the front desk and breakfast restaurant. They were extremely rude.
