Disappointed by Misleading Information I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this DoubleTree by Hilton in Livermore. Before booking, I called specifically to confirm that the pool was open, as it was an important part of our stay during labor day weekend. The DoubleTree by Hilton in Livermore representative assured me the pool was working and open from 6am to 5pm.
