When I checked in the first room I got was dirty, had towels on the floor and a crate of White Claw. I actually thought I was about to walk in on someone. You're supposed to get cookies at Doubletrees, right? I had to ask for them and the concierge gal made me feel weird about it. But my real beef with this hotel is after I checked out. They didn't refund my security deposit. I called 3 weeks later when I was reviewing my business expenses and saw I had two charges. Some of the other reviews I'd read online made me unsure, but this hotel is solid. I was worried about the traffic noise from the 580, but the windows seem to be noise insulating - I never heard any of the highway noise @ night. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleaning lady did a great job. We would absolutely return here.

They seem to be short-handed on staff. My guess is ICE. The rooms are clean and no HVAC smell staff is friendly. I'll be back with my team this fall.
