Came here for my children spring break and didn’t realize construction work was going on the outside is a little dirty and inside the room the heat didn’t work. In the morning I was going to get breakfast for the kids and realized it wasn’t complimentary and I felt that was a slap in the face as we’re already inconvenienced for construction and it’s not all the way up to standards. Inside the room was also little dirty and had a smell.

The building was under construction. Which I understand. That’s not the issue. The room was dirty to begin with. About an inch of gunk and dirt around the edges of the room. There was a stain on the sheets, the sink barely drained, the shower had soap scum on it and there wasn’t fridge? Felt like they are just shoving people into the un turned rooms to pay for the construction. Kinda lame and I’ll probably just stay somewhere else even after the finish construction next time I go visit the area.

Absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. Stayed here the 18th and 19th for a wedding. Hotel was doing renovations and when our block was booked were told they wouldn’t be working the weekends. Woke up at 8am Saturday morning to the sounds of demolition. On top of that room service started coming stopping by rooms knocking on doors at 9:30am when checkout is at noon. Terrible experience, renovations woke my husband and my son at 8am. Reception was not kind. We booked on Expedia so we weren’t aware of the renovations and how it’ll sound like someone breaking into our room. Not a pleasant experience.
