This hotel does not live up to the Hilton standard at all. It is extremely dated, and I know they are renovating to upgrade, but some things should be standard, like cleaning and dusting rooms appropriately. There were areas in the room where the dust was piled an inch high, cobwebs coming from the curtains, stains on the walls, hairs on the towels, disgusting carpet. Just unsanitary. We had water damage in our home and we needed to a place to stay while they repaired and installed and painted. This was reasonably priced. Close to our house and work. We truly enjoyed our stay. Staff pleasant and helpful. It was nice and cozy. Felt like home. I truly enjoyed the complimentary coffee every morning in the lobby and those delicious chocolate chip cookies. We definitely will go back to this hotel.
Found the desk clerk to be a little unwelcoming. Even though we were aware of remodeling, that is not what bothered me. The loud hockey kids that went well after 10 p. The heating unit was loud. It is definitely time for a remodel.
