I am giving two stars instead of one solely because of the exceptional breakfast. Our experience was otherwise disappointing—during our week-long stay, we received no room service until my fourth request on day four. Although the room has been recently renovated, the floor was extremely dirty. I ended up cleaning the floor myself on the first night so my two little ones could play on the floor.
I travel half of the time. Stay at Hilton properties most of the time. This hotel by far is the worst I have stayed. Construction from 8am to 6pm. Can't get any work done at the hotel. TV couldn't get any reception. Had to extend my stay and left for Marriott property.
