Facility was clean, but the mattress was awful. My hips and back hurt and my spouse said the same. It was too soft. Please update.

Just overall, not satisfied. I wouldn't give it a one but I sure wouldn't give it 5. overpriced overrated. Bathroom wasn't very clean.
