The receptionist with the red hair was very rude and unprofessional. Other people were very friendly.
I had a great stay at this location from start to finish. Each team member was incredibly accommodating and hospitable. I was checked in by Larry who had a warm welcome and great sense of humor. I enjoyed breakfast with John being very helpful and ensuring that I had all that I needed. Chrissy was extremely pleasant, prompt with responding to request and a joy to connect with after coming back in from a long day of meetings. I stayed at this location, and Chrissy at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was a true ray of sunshine with the most incredible personality. Her humor and warmth made my stay unforgettable. She truly made my experience the best!
I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times in various sized rooms and have never had a bad experience. The housekeeping team does an excellent job of always keeping the rooms very clean, stocked, and in great shape. The front lobby staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.
