Water was off part of visit without warning, TV wasn't working part of the time
Room was a bit on the older side - door had to be slammed shut, the hinges in the bathroom were rusty and the floorboards were falling apart a bit, but the room was otherwise clean and they managed to check us in early - props to Jesus at the front and getting us into a room. They have great cookies (with nuts so if you have allergies, ask for the nut-free allergy cookies separately). Towels a bit stiff, hard as with no dryer sheets and didn't soak up water very well. I stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days & had a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Concord Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Oh & I forgot to mention about the cookies. They offer you cookies as a gesture of warm welcome and I must say those cookies are absolutely delicious 🤤 5/5 stars! 🌟
