One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! I brought my family and kids to the DoubleTree by Hilton West, and they had such an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and kind. We ended up having breakfast at the hotel, and one of my children saw a slushie and started crying because he wanted one. Gary, the manager, went completely out of his way to get my children a slushie. Don't waste your money at this place. Our shower was filthy I complained and was told they would send someone up. Came back to our room at1130 at night still not done. Complained abs nothing done about it. They also charged my visa the deposit said it was declined I could see it on my visa so called my visa to verify in front of them and was told it went through. They wouldn't accept it so charged a 300 deposit in cash till we checked out even though the 50 was already held on my card. I will never stay in this sh*t hole aga... read more

Unfortunately the management and quality has gone down hill. Over the last 2 months ive stayed here 3 times - the first time my room had renovation tools left without a working bathroom, and then was told they were sold out so they had to move me to a different property at 1am. The second time my room service order never got delivered, and had to request a refund because I still got charged.
