Great clean hotel with great atmosphere. The desk clerks as well as hotel employees are extremely welcoming and friendly. The price of the rates was inflated for the 4th of July weekend and a week later the rates are more than $200 less a night than what we paid for 5 rooms. Only negative issue experienced was an encounter with one of the restaurant staffers in regard to a soft drink taken from my room into the patio area of the hotel. There was black mold in my bathroom and the hotel has not replied to me about the matter.
