This is the worst review I have ever left for a hotel. On the site it did say there was construction going on during our dates, but it said nothing about the elevators being down. We were there for a dance convention so we had lots of heavy bags. The front desk did help us carry our bags up the stairs but we would have chosen different accommodations if we had known before. Hotel had free shuttles to and from the airport which was awesome. The front desk (Jessica and Amanda) were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was apparently under construction, but I didn't notice any noises/issues with it. The room I stayed in was fine. Comfortable bed. No couch, though, but I think that might have been due to the renovations. Overall, solid experience.
One of the worst hotel stays, they’ve had “renovations” for almost 2 years now, no couches in the rooms, you can pay less and get more anywhere else.
Please note that this review is based on my experience as the hotel is under renovation which is why I gave them a three. My room was very clean, with plenty of space. It was not renovated yet, so the furniture was dated - but in good shape. The personnel were great!! Very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast/bar area looked pleasant and kept clean. I would suggest calling to find out renovation details. They only had 3 floors available and the elevator wasn't working due to the renovation. When I checked in, they offered me ... read more
