I have never had issues at a Hilton ever before. This hotel was complete trash I really should have read reviews before reserving the room. First of all we were supposed to get the family room which was supposed to be a king bed two queens and a pull out couch bed which would have fit my family perfect but they didn’t even have the pull out bed couch and didn’t even discount me for it or let me know ahead of time. Stayed here over the weekend, worst experience ever. Photos online are very deceiving. We had 2 rooms booked and both smelled so bad, not clean, washroom had a very bad smell and very outdated. When we got to the hotel they told us the elevators don't work which would be nice to know beforehand as my mother in law has knee issues. When we settled into the rooms the wifi did not work.
