This one is coasting downhill in a not-so-good way fast. The rooms and their layouts are just awkward. But at least it is clean, without bugs, and housekeeping staff are awesome and courteous. The hotel is relatively quiet despite its being situated not far from Mill Plain Blvd, a busy roadway.
Staying here for two nights here while they are doing updates… nice room and staff was accommodating and pleasant.
This did not feel like a Hilton.
We stayed at the DoubleTree last night after traveling all day with three young kids and just needed to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, but the rooms were gross. The first room we were given was filthy—marks on the bed, smudges all over the walls, dirty curtains, and debris on the bathroom floor. We asked to be moved, and while the second room was slightly better, it was still dirty. The pillows had dark stains on them that looked unwashed. Disappointed they were remodeling and the elevator didn't work. It would have been. Nice to know when I made the reservation over the phone with Hilton since I was traveling with my 90yo father. We had been driving all day and it was too late to find other accommodations
