Loved it here bedding was great, pool was nice and cool with a hot tub, and the cookies are amazing
This was genuinely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a 0 out of 10 from me. The issues extended from the condition and cleanliness of the hotel to the way the staff handled the situation. The entire experience was unacceptable, uncomfortable, and honestly disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again.
Worst experience ever. It's under refurbishment. Open but not in a good condition to host guests. Same rates (quite expensive) but the elevator is out of order, the bar is closed. Plastics everywhere, disgusting paint odor. Not adviced in advance (even they say it was in their web, I did by reservation from a travel agency). There is no desk in to room, and not even a place to open the luggage. The sink is outside the bathroom, in the room, where I would expect the desk. Totally disappointed! Honestly, this is by far the worst Hilton I have stayed at. The hotel is under construction… great! But… NOTHING IS CLEAN or working???? The rooms have peeling paint everywhere, the fridge up front isn't working, the breakfast was god awful… they put warm apple juice? No ice, no way to cool it? I took a photo of the table we sat at for breakfast (this was by far the best one)… hair everywhere???? Overall the hotel has just not been taken care of. You can see management has just gotten lazy.
