This hotel was honestly not a place to relax at ALL. From start to finish, the experience felt uncomfortable, disrespectful, racially biased and I hope nobody experience the same thing. Me and my friend came on Friday January 2nd, 2026. For management and anyone reviewing this, please check the security cameras between 12 PM and 7 PM on that date for accurate proof of some of the incidents I’m going to mention below. Always appreciate the professionalism of the front desk staff. Samantha is always welcoming and polite.
We unfortunately chose this hotel as our Park,Sleep & Fly. Upon our return today we found out our vehicle had been stolen out of the parking lot. When my Husband went down to the front desk, they handed him the number for Peel Regional Police. Told him they have cameras but wouldn’t show him. As well when he asked if this has happened before, they said it had…… I am thinking that a hotel knowing this information should be giving customers full disclosure! Never again will I stay at this place,
We booked Stay Park and Fly for our recent travel, unexpectedly we were delayed because of the issues in Mexico. We were uncertain when/if we would be able to go anywhere. Finally after 2 days, we booked elsewhere, and we had to stay longer at the double tree by Hilton. SADAF was so incredibly helpful with making arrangements for us. The staff in the restaurant were also very good. We would definitely book here again.
After a long week of international travel to Japan, we found ourselves booked at this property last minute due to a flight delay and disconnect on Air Canada. Terrible airline with poor customer service. This property is the complete opposite. The people are very inviting, front desk staff very knowledgeable and welcoming but the best part was meeting Goodie this morning at breakfast.
