First and foremost I would like to say the rooms were clean and roomy for our 3 night stay. The breakfast was good with options of Oats, Bagels, fruit and juices. They also offered coffee 24hrs. My complaints are that there is no maintenance on call to fix anything that goes wrong after their hours and once they leave there is nothing getting fixed until they come back in the next work day. They do not have room safes incase you have anything valuable.

We were greeted with a smile by Linesia at the front desk. She was so helpful with places to dine and made sure all of our needs were met during our stay. We would stay here again.

The location is great. However, I am not impressed with the cleaning. The bathroom was nasty. We wore our slides in the shower because it didn't look clean at all. I am a member and I have stayed at older Hilton Garden Inns that are way cleaner. This is from not cleaning properly, it is built in dirt, and I do not understand if it's something that is not coming out why continue to rent the room out knowing you will get complaints about it?

Tru by Hilton in Elkhart Indiana is very clean and comfortable. The star of our stay was Amanda at the front desk. Check-in was very busy as there was a sports event in the area and many families arrived at nearly the same time. She handled everyone professionally and I heard her address many who had special requests with understanding and accommodation. She went out of her way to make sure everything was right for us. We had been driving all day and Amanda provided us with a great experience.

If there was a ZERO, that is what I would rate Hamption Inn in Parker Az. I booked two rooms, one room I have been charged twice for and my client had to pay for the room also due to them cancelling the room (mistake of Hampton Inn) I have called 4 different times. Second time talked to the manager Kendal O'Hara, explained everything and she was going to check it out and call me back the next day, GUESS WHAT she never called. This was one of the most frustrating and dishonest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After I checked out, I was blindsided with a $100 charge for “damages” to the room—damages that I did not cause and that were never mentioned during my stay or at checkout. Our family traveled to Odessa for Hockey tournament. When we arrived we had no issues, check in was smooth. We were able to get our boys down early as we had a 5:00am hockey game warmup. We spent 10 hours away at the rink. Came back for a 2 hr nap and then sent the boys to a Jacklopes game, while I stayed and did laundry. Again no issues staff on duty at this time was fantastic. The room they put us in was outdated and probably 20 years old. When we first walked in, we smelled mold. The carpet felt wet and sticky. We got grossed out and could not walk on the carpet barefooted. We went to the front desk and we were promised a new room at 4pm. They never called us back that day.
