I have noting but good things to say about this Double Tree location but I’ll keep it brief. I had a pretty rough day with travel and the assistant manager Kim went out of her way to make my stay as nice and welcoming as it could possibly be. She really went above and beyond and that was such a breath of fresh air after such a long day.
Except for the lobby, this property is in disrepair. Anyone rating above two stars, well, I’d have to wonder why. Rooms are dated, furniture and carpet dirty. Better to stay at one of the Homewood Suites if you are Hilton Honors. People were nice enough.
The management team was amazing. The food was great. Our room was awesome. We had a great time! Les was amazing as well
