First room had zero hot water. This necessitated waiting for staff to see for themselves there was no hot water. Had to repack and move to a different floor. New room tv did not work. called maintenance back after half hour. Couldnt tell me when he would be available. This hotel badly needs to make some capex. Not worth it at half the price.
Great place to stay. Many good places to eat in close proximity proximal.
This is the standard all Double Tree hotels should strive for. This location is very busy but the service is quick and cordial. The rooms are very well maintained and spotless.
Service was good. There was some trash left in the room. The bed was rock hard!
