This hotel is terrible! The staff is lazy and unhelpful. Would not recommend.
Great hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. I was attending a conference here. The food provided by the hotel was very flavorful. Snack and drinks were available the full time. Conference rooms were accommodating and fit the needs of the conference.
This is the best hotel in the STL area. The rooms are great- location is good- but MOST IMPORTANTLY, the staff is AMAZING. Melody, Cole, Brandon, & Kim and everyone at the front desk! The food is on par!!!! The omlette chef is LEGIT! Trisha and Amber at the bar are A++++++++ and fun. Truly some of the best people. STAY HERE!!!!
The positive reviews are.. deceiving at best. There is an infestation of Asian beetles that fly throughout the room. I’m staring at 6 as a I type this review. I’ve changed to 2 different rooms over the span of 12 nights here and was welcomed by the same issue. 12 nights of sleeping with one eye open and I even had one crawling on the pillow next to me. Hotel staff is nice but it doesn’t make up for the current poor conditions of the room. All they could do for me was vacuum the bugs but that’s it. The rooms are outdated and ... read more
