10/10 customer service. You don’t find team members like this often who are committed to delivering this level of care and service. I actually don’t think I’ve experienced this at any hotel ever. Huge props to the general manager for employing this caliber of team members. You’re doing an amazing job
The staff is awesome especially Kim. She’s been great from the moment we walked in the door. Her bubbly personality is a A+.
Stayed before and went with a familiar place. Room wasn't clean, dirty wash cloths, crumbs on the chair. Will find a new place to stay next time.
Rooms are decent and the grounds but I travel a lot for work and have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a little station with water, coffee, tea at all times. Super disappointing for a hotel like Doubletree. Filtered water with a few slices of lemon in the lobby wouldn't cost them much but it will cost them business because I will not be staying here anymore.
