I really hate to write a review due to selfish reasons. I don’t want this little gem to be discovered. But the place was so nice and welcoming, I know I need to give them props. We were welcomed by Brandon, who has to be one of the nicest people. We were early and our room wasn’t ready yet, but he went ahead and gave us our parking pass and pointed us in the direction in which we wanted to go. Nice clean room. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Close proximity to fountain of youth and ripleys believe it or not. Overall very happy with hotel.
Very very unhappy!!! We were promised free parking and breakfast when we called hotel to manage reservation. Did NOT happen. Promised a follow up call from management again did not happen. Upon check in found dirty towel and someone else’s underwear on floor. Staff did handle immediately. Beds were clean. No hot water for baths on 2 different nights. Loved the location.
