Ho soggiornato in questo hotel ed è stato perfetto! Dall’accoglienza fino al check out il personale è stato disponibile, cordiale e professionale. La camera era confortevole, pulita e spaziosa. La colazione era varia con prodotti freschi e di qualità, sia dolci che salati. L’hotel disponeva anche di una piscina, non grandissima, all’esterno. Di fronte all’hotel si può trovare ampio parcheggio

We had a family emergency on 4/18 and could not make our stay at the Doubletree in St. Augustine, Florida. We had checked in on the app the day prior, which we will never do again. When we called the hotel no one answered. I went through the app for a call back on the 18th and it never came. I called the Hilton Diamond Services number. The Hilton Diamond Representative was great. She stated that the hotel said that there was a vehicle check in and keys issued for the room and could not refund the points. Very nice Hotel and so comfortable! Best pillows and bedding for our stop through. Safe location. Paid parking in the lot. Less than .5 mile walk to historic area. Beautiful sunrise across the street with the cross. Thanks for having us.

Front Staff was good but when I got to my room I noticed there was a smell like old water… came here to stay for a honeymoon but sadly had to leave to a different place🙃 was excited by the reviews that I saw but today the place was just not smelling good and wasn’t going to be a good stay
