Good hotel, in a great location. Old Town trolley stops at church across the street every 15 mins during day. Parking is $24.99 plus tax a night, which was Ok, because of the low price we paid. King Room was clean, modern, and good size for 2 people. No microwave in room. Water pressure pretty bad ( common with most hotels though) and towels very sandpaper-like. Comfy beds and maid service daily, which is a plus to replenish items. I would stay again if price was right.

Mold in the shower. Hall rug was gross, needs to be cleaned. $25 for parking a night. Never go back there again.

I’ll say this - the lady who checked us in was lovely. She was very good at her job and was very accommodating when we brought our concerns to her. With that being said - I’m not sure if we just got unlucky or what but the room we were originally assigned was NASTY (see photos). To the point, my kids refused to sleep under the sheets when we got a new room and we had to buy blankets. The pool was fine but very clearly rundown and maybe not as clean as expected. Front desk staff was NOT helpful or friendly. AT ALL!! Room smelled musty, the air vents were Disgusting. and there was a thick layer of dust all along the trim. I moved the ottoman and found leftover snacks from a previous guest. The ottoman and chair had stains on them; looked like someone had an accident. No “extras” nothing special, even being a Diamond member. 1 towel, and when I asked for more, I had ho follow them to the 2nd floor to “find” some. We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. Our room was nice and clean. Staff members were very nice. This location is near by all the sites we wanted to visit. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back next year for our summer vacation.
