Very big and extremely clean room. Old style hotel but very functional. Unfortunately there is long distance between the buildings (lobby, rooms, parking,...). Staff Is very polite. Dinner gluten free very good. Breakfast good as well.

TLDR: Nathan the service manager turned around a horrible day and he’s the reason we’re leaving this good review. We had a delayed landing that caused a cascade of chaos for our travel plans. Very upsetting. The help desk put us up in this hotel for the night. Nathan was so helpful and accommodating after hearing our bad day and he really went beyond to make sure we had what we needed for the night (we did not have our checked luggage). Room was good comfortable bed awful breakfast way too expensive for the quality Belgian waffle was so tough had to cut it with a knife 3 (small pieces of strawberry) told them no blueberries i don't like them so they decided to add blackberry which i can't stand persally would never stay there again you can take a chance and roll the dice

The check in process here is a nightmare. No matter what time off day or night- if you take a shuttle - you're waiting 30 - 45 minutes to check in unless you have Himton Priority. Then the staff trys to upsell you to a suite - so you don't have far to walk. Pretty wild. I mean there's 25 people in line and it's almost nidnight.
