I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Airport Hotel for 19 days with my team after being stranded due to the geopolitical situation in the Middle East. It was a very difficult time, but the kindness and support from the hotel staff made a real difference. Everyone was approachable, helpful, informative and professional. Very close to SeaTac airport, with shuttle bus service every 20 minutes. Clean room with friendly staff and quiet environment, I'll definately recommend this hotel if you are considering to catch a flight at SeaTac airport.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Close to the airport which was perfect cause we had an early flight.

I promise you I rarely leave reviews but this place is HORRIBLE. Please please go somewhere else. They will try to charge you twice for parking. Parking is 41 dollars a day. The staff is beyond rude and the hotel is dated. Elevators are broken so you have to walk all the way around.

I rarely give such a low rating to a hotel, but this one was truly terrible. You can basically ignore their shuttle service — I waited in the cold for nearly an hour and a half. I kept calling the hotel, asking the shuttle to stop at spot 3B, but the driver completely ignored me and just drove past. No matter how I waved, it didn’t help. The front desk was unable to do anything. I have never experienced such poor service before.
