Watch your bill. They tell you a price at the desk and when you get the bill it's a completely different more expensive total. Won't stay here again

Came to Seattle for a wedding and booked a package deal. The hotel is clean, safe, and the staff are warm and ready to assist. Arrived and immediately was offer water and warm walnut chocolate chip cookies. Parking is abundant, location can't be beat near the SeaTec airport and easy access to all major freeways and highways to Tacoma or Seattle.

This hotel cost 350 a night, like it's some kind of fancy hotel. It is absolutely not. It's outdated with walls that are dirty and have scratches and holes in them, old furniture, and ac that barely functions. It's a confusing layout so it's incredibly hard to find your room and on top of all of that, they charge 38 a night (that is the cost including fees and taxes) for parking. No free breakfast, no complimentary anything. Staff doesn't know how much parking costs and I got double charged for parking. It should be fixed so... read more

This is a good option if you are looking for a comfortable hotel within a budget. The hotel room was spacious & equipped. As for the hotel food, they have food similar to bar food. Very tasty! Their chocolate chips & nuts cookie was delicious. I’m not a fan of processed sugar but this was a yummy treat. The hotel also had a store (like a mini Starbucks) where you could purchase coffee & snacks. Huge , difficult to find rooms or elevators. The free cookies are a nice touch.
