The staff doesn't speak verry good English. Communications is verry difficult with the front desk and maid service. The Manager is too busy with people outside to talk and is verry negative and talks poorly about the people he just finished talking to. I'd rather stay at the LaQuita Inn across the way. For all the extra money spent, maybe a little more Customer Service would be nice.
