Room was okay but definitely not the best. We were in room 120 and they had construction/renovation materials right outside our window. Literally. Fire alarm also went off at 6am on Labor Day morning when we were sleeping. Hotel rooms are also dated. As diamond/gold members of Hilton we were disappointed with this hotel as we usually love staying at doubletree.
Rooms are dark. Wallpaper is peeling. Carpets are dirty. They don’t clean your room every night. While they’re doing the rooms, they pile all the dirty laundry in the corridor so you have to step over it. My room stinks of smoke. Clearly has not been cleaned properly. It took five minutes to find a waitress this morning for breakfast. The coffee was cold. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Old dirty hotel. Apparently just starting a renovation which it desperately needs. First room I got the bed was wet from a leak in the ceiling. Bedside phone doesn’t work. And one elevator is out of service. Another disappointing Hilton experience.
Johnnie at check-in was great!!! He receives 5 stars ⭐️. The bartender was chill, cool, attentive. The internet was spotty at best and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work at all. Housekeeping was also wonderful- they asked me if I needed anything. Very friendly and kind.
