Char and Katrina are some of the best employees I've come across traveling. They really made our experience great and we will be staying here again.

Have stayed here over the years and the place has gone downhill. All the details you’d expect have fallen off dramatically. Stayed a few day this time. When we arrived the trash can by the front door was full. It wasn’t emptied our whole stay. Stairwells hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while. The place just didn’t seem very clean, quite a shock for a Double Tree or any Hilton. Coffee maker in room was dirty. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work, AC compressor was loud.
