Staff was incredibly gracious. Daryl the desk manager saw I was late for my flight and offered me ride to the airport. Acts of kindness by service providers should never go unrecognized. Thank you

I’ve spent hundreds of nights in Hilton brand hotels and this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. Housekeeping is terrible, my room had a huge glob of hair on the drain which cause water to overflow the shower, obviously housekeeping did not actually clean the room, completely disgusting. The carpet was not vacuumed in the room, room itself was ok and looked renovated. I have stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton locations in the past and have always had great experiences, which made this stay especially disappointing. The exterior of the building was unattractive and did not feel welcoming. The room itself was poorly designed and not functional-the worst layout I’ve personally experienced in a hotel. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful when assistance was needed, which made the stay even more frustrating. My stay at this hotel checked my most important boxes: clean and comfortable. The room was a bit stuffy, but other than that, no other complaints to speak of. We had lots of space and a pretty lush view , but idk if that’s a standard room. It was an in and out stay so I can’t elaborate too much. But if you appreciate cleanliness above fancy amenities, I’d definitely recommend
