Very good service. Decent size clean room. Warm chocolate chip walnut cookies when we checked in! Downtown Santa Fe is about 5 miles away, we couldn't just walk and parking in downtown is a pain. Free parking and on-site restaurants. No reviews for the restaurants, though, so we didn't try them. Being a little outside town meant it was somewhat less expensive.
The room was dated and not maintained very well. Not as good as the typical DoubleTree. The room service staff didn’t vacuum outside our room for the entire week we were there -even with paint and stuff on the floor.
Older and outdated hotel. Electrical outlets falling off the wall or wouldn't work. Shower did not work. Unable to access internet. Not up to Doubletree standards Good breakfast. Front desk friendly. Comfortable beds with a variety of pillows.
