The bathtub had a big chip or dirty smudge in it (I didn't want to get too close), they balcony was so dirty with cigarette butts, etc., we couldn't go out there. The shower head in the bathroom was grotty. The light switch for the toilet/tub area was located in the sink room. The carpets are in need of being replaced.

Mi estadía en el DoubleTree Hilton en Santa Fe fue verdaderamente inolvidable. El hotel es precioso, con vistas espectaculares, habitaciones cómodas y elegantes, y una alberca fabulosa para relajarse. El desayuno fue increíble, delicioso y muy completo. Lo q realmente hace especial a este lugar son las personas maravillosas que trabajan ahí. Todos me atendieron con una calidez y una amabilidad excepcionales. The hotel is dirty and dated. A graffiti-covered roll-off in the parking lot kinda indicates that it may be under construction but I saw no signs of working unless you counted the guys working on their car. The room smelled of stale cigarettes so saturated into the furnishings you'd never get the smell out. A water bottle in the corridor was never picked up the two nights I was there and if the carpets were cleaned then someone needs to empty the bag. Go up the elevator and look at the tops of your light fixtures in the lobb... read more
