Morning staff unhappy with their jobs and give attitude untill the find out you status. But should be nice anyways if they are unhappy go in the back so no one has to see them. And the tv service is scrambling or weak service as a D.R you would hope you get what your money is worth but nope and have people not staying here wondering by our cars and looking for stuff on the ground. Hope we can hear back and hope they can make it up to the costomer.

ok so not sure where to start... I would give zero if I could....First the WIFI is dog crappppp....horrible even worse than regular phone service. If that wasn't bad enough asked the front desk clerk to help several times I wanted to pay me for a higher speed but I couldn't even do that!! Downloaded the app did everything I could then she just gives me the wifi support number! I personally could care less about the wifi but my son is a gamer so it does matter. See me and my family aren't picky we don't need a lot of things but wifi is something important, when your on vacation you need to search up fun things to do near you and with crappy wifi that's almost impossible by time what I searched up finally loaded it was already about to close and the quality of the TV was horrible, blocky and pixelated and super blurry, also our TV needed a "special remote" just to change the input. Definitely needs upkeep dirty pool floors ceilings light fixtures bulbs burnt out all over pool definitely needs upgrade hot tub out of service dead bird in it spider webs all over roaches every where staff said it’s cleaned every morning definitely lies lobby area roaches restaurant no AC super hot management has not contacted me in regards to any of my concerns was swimming and a roache was in my beer when I went to drink it employees were nice on the morning shift I would recommend management to step up and get with clean... read more

This hotel is starting to show its age a little but it’s still good. I feel like bathrooms always age first in a hotel… peeling wall paper… bath fan is obviously old… still a good hotel. Beds are nice and comfortable. The fridge and microwave are nice in the king room I had. Ac worked good. I’d stay here again.
