We've stayed at this hotel several times and everything has always been great. Customer service is wonderful and they have a great breakfast! My only complaint is that on this last visit I forgot something in the room. I tried calling the hotel and left messages asking for someone to call me back just to see if housekeeping possibly found my bracelet or even if they didn't. I never heard back. A call back would have been appreciated.

Double tree was fine. Seems like santa fe has very limited lodging near I-25

It's all in the details. The warm cookie at check-in said, "Welcome." The cockroach casually cruising through the lobby said, "We've been expecting you." As a result, the cookie never got eaten. The fresh pee in the toilet said, "The room wasn't quite ready." The faucet handle coming off in my hand said, "Neither was the plumbing." All for the bargain price of $200+ per night. The cookie looked promising. We'll never know.
