Lofa was amazing and took such wonderful care of us. When our flight was canceled, we were welcomed with open arms by everyone. I know our large group kept the front desk very busy, but Lofa and her colleagues always greeted us with a smile and were willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you for accommodating such a large group and for showing us so much love, kindness, and hospitality during an unexpected situation. Your care and compassion made a stressful experience much easier, and we are truly grateful.
The rooms were clean and the staff were great! I stayed here multiple times and have had the same experience each time. Nina, Steven, Alofa and Tracy had great attitudes every time. Always welcoming and helpful.
