After a long day of travel and unplanned rescheduled flights, Steven and Naki at the front desk really brightened our day. Not only were they friendly, fast, and efficient, but they also offered a lot of flexibility and much needed laughs. So grateful for their help! The room and bed was also incredibly comfortable. I totally recommend staying here when on a layover or travel through SLC.

Steven at the lobby check stand was awesome took the time to ask me about my day and was super nice and attentive with great customer service
