Lofa was so wonderful to work with at the hotel. She took amazing care of me with a new reservation & of course the cookies. She got me signed up as a Hiltons Honors member. I truly felt taken care of. Thank you Lofa - you are a special representative of the hotel. I came back to the hotel & Steven was amazing with helping with an accidental double booking.
