The king size room is very basic. Tiny bathroom. Very disappointing. Loveseat needs to be replaced. Furniture very old. Bar and restaurant doesn't open until 5pm. Photos on website are very misleading. Would never consider a Hilton hotel again. Cannot wait to checkout.
Can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel. And whoever said it’s quiet and peaceful must be deaf. The loud highway traffic noise, however, was drowned out by the noisy AC unit in the room. I paid for a balcony king room that faces the inner courtyard thinking it would be quieter, but on the balcony you get to hear highway and building A/C units and inside the room, you get your extra noisy room A/C unit. Nice and quiet location. Good for gatherings for about 100 people. Cosy and comfortable meeting rooms. Good service. Good breakfast at the restaurant with great service.
Our large flight got diverted on the way to Charlotte and American put us in this hotel. We could not be more grateful. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly. They gave us cookies and some reassurance after a rough day. The hotel is gorgeous, large bathrooms, comfy beds. Thank you.
