Checked in late for my 2-night stay and while in room, heard a very high pitched ringing noise. Thought it was my ears (from flight) but eventually realized it was the mini-fridge. It kept me awake most of the night as I couldn't reach the cord (and didn't want to try at 2 AM). I've stayed at this airport hotel several times. The customer service never disappoints, but the staff went above and beyond on my most recent stay. I will definitely be staying here again

The hospitality absolutely won me over at this hotel! After a long late night flight for work I showed up at almost mid-night. I was greeted by the receptionist named Charlie. She was absolutely amazing and very kind. I felt like I was at a home away from home. On another night I met with Kris at the bar and he was very kind and extremely efficient! I never had to hunt him down and he was one step ahead of me. Just want to say GREAT JOB! I stay at a lot of hotels and it's rare for me to be wow'd by hospitality.
