Decent hotel, but the excellent service made my stay very enjoyable. Melanie is one of the best receptionists I've ever met. Her friendliness and professionalism made all the difference.
Roaches. 1-word, and The response from staff when I asked for a new room... "Well, its that time of year." As if I was the crazy one for not wanting to sleep with roaches. I HAD TO THROW A FIT, before they found an open room after 20 minutes of them claiming every single room was booked they had an extra room on the second floor. Its a big not small roach problem.
