Absolut unterirdisch. Unfreundlichen Personal das nur mit Handy beschäftigt war und nicht mal grüßte. Bedienung beim Frühstück nuckelte ständig am Daumen und servierte unser Besteck und den Kaffee mit nassen Fingern. Ekelig. Im Zimmer Dusche defekt, Lampe defekt, Kaffeemaschine defekt und keine Reparatur in 5 Tagen. Trotz Nachfragen kein Gespräch mit Manager. Keine Entschuldigung. Nie mehr wieder. Mehr als 1000 Dollar, null Service

A year later, still a winner. Lovely place, lovely staff, very clean, lovely pool, the whirlpool Jets don't work and the heat went out so it just got closed as we left. They're really only super downside again is the ridiculously priced breakfast. The eggs are cooked to cement quality. There's not much fresh fruit. And the menu never changes LOL. So get your breakfast from the little Bakery up in town and you'll be much happier. Winner. Really, the only downside is the ridiculously priced breakfast at 15.00. For what Holiday... read more

The rooms were clean and up to date. We had two issues; the door was very janky, which meant if we did not use our shoulder to push it open we couldn't get in and if we did not push or pull it close hard the door would not be shut properly. The other issue was that the house keeping team came into our room and made the bed, took the dirty towels but did not replace the towels, and wiped the sink with a dirty rag because it was dirtier once they came and serviced our room. This would be 5 stars after the renovations are done. Our room had a beautiful view and it is a great place to walk to local restaurants.
