The building is circular so our room is small in the bathroom and our entry area in room. Disappointed they do not serve complimentary breakfast, its $18? for breakfast buffet.
This is a very nice hotel. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows. Restaurant on the ground flood. The food is great. Unfortunately breakfast is not free. Plenty of parking. Has gym and pool. Front desk staff are very nice and accommodating. Love the home made cookies. The chocolate melts in your mouth. Only concern: room service did not clean the room. Was out all day and had to call around 4pm for fresh towels and make my own bed. This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars.
I do not understand how this is a four-star hotel. It is tired and dated. simple things that you expect from a four star hotel, such as the soap bottles which are permanently mounted inside The shower should be filled. Ours was completely out. The grout in between the shower tiles is filthy. There were dead bugs in the window ledge. The elevators were constantly trashed, and the pool was disgusting.
