My honest review. A 5night stay at this highly rated hotel. The lobby was very nice ,bright ,clean and inviting 👌. I was never offered a warm cookie tho😒. But The room .... oh boy where do i begin. I checked in into a dirty room. There was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor,seems to be old coffee stains on the tile. Bathtub had hair present. Dirty mirrors with a bunch of fingerprint. I’ve stayed here 3 times and I would recommend this hotel! Not far from the airport and across the street from the mall. On my most recent visit I was welcomed by free cookies and a complementary water. Other hotel franchises that I’ve stayed at have never greeted me with cookies lol. There’s also department stores close by for any quick little travel items you may need. Very disappointed. No warm cookie or water at check-in (member amenity). One of the two glasses was chipped and had sharp edge so we had to share one glass. Chocolate debris from previous guest on night stand. Bathroom grout loaded with mold. Some weird white string hanging off bottom of glass shower door. Found a very long black hair on towel. Fan in bathroom is backwards...doesn't work with shower light switch but only with mirror switch...wouldn't care but it is very annoyingly loud. A standard king room should not b... read more

I do not recommend it to families or anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and relax, as it is noisy outside all the time day and night; the sound of truck engines never stops even at midnight.
