The very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. Right across the street from the mall and next to the airport. Shuttle service to the airport is free. Restaurant has good food.
Staff were extremely helpful, had a complicated issue and they did everything to fix the issue and in a timely manner.
Extremely disappointed in this trip. We booked locally because we needed a cabin fever reliever and wanted to take the kids swimming. We arrived and right out of gate could not find parking anywhere, unbeknownst to us there was a huge dart tournament going on. As I was checking in, the woman checking us in talked to 4-5 other people and pausing the finish the process with us, when those issues had nothing to do with her. Jane at the front desk was the friendliest most accommodating person we could have hoped for! Made for a great start to the weekend.
Didnt even check in before they tried to charge me the full amount plus a 50 dollar fee I didnt know about. When I was told I wouldnt have to pay till the end of my visit. Thank you double tree by Hilton for amazing service
