Do not stay at this Hilton property. It took over an hour to get picked up from the airport, and things only went downhill from there. After checking in, I went to my room and immediately noticed the bed linens didn’t look clean. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the employee said he had changed them, but when I pulled the comforter back, it was filthy. Worst Hotel Experience I've experience was only AMPLIFIED by the front desk of The Double Tree at Pittsburg Airport. Booked a room with Double Tree for the Steelers game. Flew in late, and was expecting my reservation to be honored from a 3rd party platform, but unfortunately Double Tree did NOT honor my booking from a 3rd party platform and did nothing to help. Good hotel, well appointed, spacious king room, very crowded this week some room cleaning fell short, otherwise good.
