I've stayed at the DoubleTree one weekend a month for the past six months , and this stay truly stood out thanks to Jennifer, the customer agent. She was absolutely amazing! Even when I ran into issues with my work's travel system, Jennifer was one step ahead and quickly found solutions. Her patience and genuine kindness made this experience the best I had in a long time. Thank you, Jennifer, you are a true asset to the DoubleTree team!

The hotel is older, so some of the room facilities were understandably aged. However, parts of the room were stained or somewhat unclean, like the sheets, sofa, and blinds. The bathrooms were quite clean, though, and there is daily room service that provides additional towels. Our keycard did malfunction a few times, and we had to get it fixed with the front desk, who were all very kind and helpful. My poor review is purely because of maintenance. The service was as good as you could ask for. Preston at the front desk was great. Here's my review: I got to my hotel room around 10PM and noticed immediately that the AC was off and reading 77 degrees. After turning it on and waiting 45 minutes, it was very clearly broken as it now read 78 and seemed to only be getting warmer. I called the front desk and was told the hotel was fully booked, so I was fully refunded and had to stay at a different hotel. The AC had apparently b... read more

The air conditioning simply does not work. Unacceptable to have a/c that doesn’t work in Pittsburgh in July.
