Room a/c is very noisy, no coffee maker in room or microwave bed is comfortable and lots of pillows
Will look for another hotel besides double tree next time. Stayed for 3 nights, took 3 requests over the course of 2 days to get towels, room was never fully cleaned (only trash taken), and when asked front desk for the manager was told they were "all off" that day, though there was a sign with ones name on the wall for manager on duty. Something else small was no water in the lobby with the complimentary coffee and $16 charge for what is typically a complimentary breakfast at other hotels.
