I stayed at this DoubleTree in the Orlando area from September 4–6 and left very disappointed. The hotel was dated, which wasn’t necessarily a problem. My concerns were the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety hazards. The first room I was assigned appeared to have been used and not properly cleaned. Arrived and checked into a room that smelled of horrible mold and immediately had asthma symptoms, went down to front desk and asked to move rooms, arrived to find the second room smelled even worse of mold. The staff finally found a room that didn’t smell of mold and moved us, but this room just smells like they came in and sprayed a bunch of bleach before we came in to the room. Extremely outdated and needs a total remodel.

All the staff was extremely nice and helpful the entire trip. Donna was great!!! I was there from Friday to Sunday and they allowed me to check out a little later which was really cool .Room was decent . Great for a quick visit.

Verouderd hotel. Moet nodig opgeknapt worden. Bediening is wel erg vriendelijk Wel wordt elke dag kamer schoon gemaakt. Parkeren bij hotel wel erg duur 33 dollar per dag

The rooms felt really bare and empty. Over all unkeptness of the hotel as well. But my biggest gripe is parking why do I have to pay $33 TO PARK MY OWN CAR. The parking garage is completely empty and I’m already paying $130 a night and you slap me with that last minute? Disgraceful and greedy.
