We had to book a hotel for 1 night to attend a concert nearby, after a disastrous change of plans. Our flight into Orlando was middle-of-the-night early so, suffice to say, we arrived at the front desk exhausted asking for an early check-in. Enter Superstar Donna and her warm demeanor. She welcomed us with open arms and a smile, and easily offered the early check-in we desperately needed. Great place with a great location. The pole working at this hotel are always willing to aside and help with whatever’s you may need. I especially love their restaurant recommendation list with unique and awesome options. I will be back.
So far the room is nice, friendly staff...but $33 A DAY for parking?!? I'm a guest paying for my room and I have to pay for parking? Ridiculous I don't see any free parking either
