Do not book this hotel, the issues are endless: Bugs in the room: carpet beetles, roaches and possible ticks, which is a huge health hazard as they can carry Lyme disease. Mold: which as you know is toxic. Shuttle not available although promised as a guest service, laundry not available although promised as a guest service. Expired water bottles in the room, overpriced snack shop. The hotel is old and in disrepair, Orlando has too many great hotels to stay here, do not book you will be disappointed.
The toilet in my room wouldn't stop filling and would go off in the middle of the night and wake me up. I told the staff about. They claimed they sent I'm someone to fix it but it never was. My friends AC would never shut off. It was below 60 degrees in her room even after she cranked the thermostat to 80 degrees, it was just running non stop the entire time we were there. The place needs an update in the outside and inside too. Bedrooms are clean but furniture needs also updates have lots of wear and tear. The valet assistance was great!
I stayed here because I went to The Weeknd concert but I feel like the hotel wasn’t as nice as other double trees I’ve stayed in before. The location itself is good because it’s in downtown Orlando so there’s restaurants near by and a Publix about 5mins away,The staff was nice but the rooms were not as nice as in the pictures and the hotel itself looked dirty, old, worn down.
