Never have seen a crew of so many incompetent slow people. The entire staff is lost in zombie land and doesn’t know how to run a business without ruining everyone else’s schedules.
I expected more out of a $200+ a night hotel. The toilet tank moves when flushing the toilet, the tiles on the floor in the bathroom crack them stepping on them, the safe doesn't work, and it just feels kind of poorly put together. A couple positive things are the bed and pillows. They were good.
Issues from the start checking in on a Friday. The front desk clerk stated we were staying one night, I corrected to three nights booked. This bit of information is germaine to this review. She asked several times about our car and parking but we did not have a car. Our room was older but clean, we had reserved a king but got 2 queens. Also, no cookies. Hotel is clean and nice! Lots of open space and light! Staff is amazing specially Narda Olivares, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Bathroom is very dated with some patchwork and tub is worn out. Outside bar/restaurant echoes and can be heard in the room, needed to have sound music on TV to drown out the noise. Around 4:30 they start moving chairs around which woke us up every morning. Bed is comfortable, restaurant is good.
