Parking lot is not cleaned. Trash near vehicles for several days.

Bathroom is very dated with some patchwork and tub is worn out. Outside bar/restaurant echoes and can be heard in the room, needed to have sound music on TV to drown out the noise. Around 4:30 they start moving chairs around which woke us up every morning. Bed is comfortable, restaurant is good.

The staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. The building is older, and the rooms seem to have some water damage. I went back to my room one night to find water leaking through the ceiling light and pooling around the toilet. The staff moved me immediately and gave a voucher for a meal. The convention center is nearby and convenient. The breakfast is very good, but not included. They have an airport shuttle.

I called the Hotel today and the receptionist SAMANTHA was very very rude and i hope the manager will see this. We are flying to florida on 05/30 and we accidentally booked for 05/31 and i asked her if i cancel and rebooked for 2 and she denied me. She didnt even check the name or the reservation. She said “no” right away and when i asked her name she made a rude remarks talking to the other receptionist. This is our first time here . Your staff are rude. Beware
